“Success takes Hard Work”

“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them — yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.” — 1 Corinthians 15:10

Everything seems instant these days.

Superfast internet,

fast food,

microwave meals,

instant messaging.

When did the change occur that created this urgency for instant results?

Anything that is lasting and important takes time to develop.

With the popularity of social media platforms, we are exposed to amazing performances by younger and younger people and wonder ‘how did someone this young become this good?’

Natural talent does help, but the short answer is: hard work.

Athletes know this; researchers know this; business executives know this and musicians also know this.

Expertise takes hard work to develop.

To become proficient, a student needs to be willing to put in the hard work to understand their instrument and the practice time to develop the necessary skills.

No shortcuts, no substitutes. Just dedicated practice and quality time.

So set your goals, be prepared to put in the work, and you too can achieve your best!
